Classic Aioli

A rich, creamy sauce that can be used as a dip or spread with bread, veggies, or any other snacks.
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
In this order, crack egg into a container and then place immersion blender in egg.
Turn on immersion blender and slowly drizzle oil into mixture, allowing egg and oil to emulsify.
After aioli has come together, mix in salt, vinegar, and sugar.
Add in extra herbs, spices, and any other additions as desired!
